October has arrived and that means lower
temperatures, leaves turning brown and putting on warmer clothes. Not only do
you need to take good care of yourself by putting on warmer clothes, you also
need to take good care of yourself by giving your body a little extra care.
That's why I'm going to post a weekly DIY on the blog to get you through the
winter. This week I'm going to give you a recipe to make the perfect lip scrub.
When the weather is changing, I always
notice that the condition op my lips is getting worse, especially in the fall
or when it's really cold. Since I'm living in Chicagoland, I have a real
problem when I'm not taking good care of my lips because the sentence
freezing cold is an understatement in Chicago. That's why I started to use this
scrub once a week which make my lips feel so smooth and soft. It's super easy,
fast and you don't need fancy ingredients.
What you
need:
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey
- a dash of cinnamon powder
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar

This looks wonderful! I don't think I'd be able to resist eating it if I were to put it on my lips, haha.
