Banana-walnut pancakes

Wednesday, October 8, 2014

Hi guys!

I always like to have some variety in my breakfast, so this morning I decided to bake some pancakes for me and my family. It's super easy and I'm actually still full.

You need:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup non-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tbs baking soda
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg

Preparation:
Put the flour, the yoghurt, the baking soda, the banana and the egg in the blender and mix it until it's a smooth substance. When your substance is smooth you can start baking. Put some coconut oil onto a medium-heated pan and use a table spoon to put your substance onto the pan. You can flip the pancake when you see bubbles on the surface. When you're done with baking, you can decorate the pancake with whatever you want. I put some banana on every pancake and create layers. On top I sprinkled some cinnamon powder and a handful of walnuts.

Bon appetite! XOXO
