Post workout vanilla smoothie

Hi guys!

The first thing I always do when I come home after a good workout is plunder the refrigerator. I can honestly say that I could eat the whole kitchen if my mum would't save me from myself. This time, me robbing all the ingredients out of the refrigrator actually turned out in something good. I came up with a delicious post workout smoothie, that's not only filling your tummy with good products, it's also delicious!

You need:
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons of vanilla yoghurt
a handful of almonds
1 banana
a cup of filtered water
1 teaspoon of coconut oil


Preparation:
As you know, I don't like to put a lot of time in my smoothie. So once again, it's super quick and easy.  Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend it until it's a smooth substance. I personally don't really like it when my smoothie is really thick so I always let it blend a little longer. When it's a smooth substance, put it in a jar or in whatever you like, and sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon powder with a couple of rasp almonds on top for the finishing touch.

  2. I've been trying to get myself back to gym lately, I've forgotten about smoothies like this. & I have these ingredients in my kitchen too, def going to give this a go! Lovely shots too!
